Alongside my studies in literature and musicology, I began working at various theaters and decided to study directing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. Since 2018 I have been directing plays and operas as part of my studies and beyond, focusing on new compositions, novel adaptations and documentary musical theater. I believe in the political importance of multi-perspective storytelling and wish for theater to be accessible and touching for a wide audience. 
I have been able to show some of my works at the St. Pauli Theater Hamburg, the Theater Aschaffenburg, the Forum Ludwigsburg, the Sprechwerk Hamburg and the Forum of the HfMT Hamburg. 
In addition to my directing activities, I write my own texts and libretti and work as a dramaturge. I have interned and assisted in various film projects as well as at various theaters and opera houses such as the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, the Thalia Theater, the Opernhaus Zürich, the Theater Lübeck or the Theater Chemnitz. Here I was able to get to know and help develop the work of Katie Mitchell, Lucia Bihler, Dmitri Tcherniakov, Monique Wagemakers and Ewelina Marciniak, among others.

Neben meinem Germanistik- und Musikwissenschaftsstudium begann ich an verschiedenen Theatern zu arbeiten und beschloss ein Regiestudium an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg aufzunehmen. Seit 2018 inszeniere ich im Rahmen meines Studiums und darüber hinaus eigene Stücke und Opern, wobei mein Fokus auf Neukompositionen, Romanadaptionen und dokumentarischem Musiktheater liegt. Ich glaube an die politische Bedeutung von multiperspektivischem Geschichtenerzählen und wünsche mir, dass Theater für ein breites Publikum zugänglich und berührend ist. 

Einige meiner Arbeiten konnte ich am St. Pauli Theater Hamburg, am Theater Aschaffenburg, am Forum Ludwigsburg, am Sprechwerk Hamburg und im Forum der HfMT Hamburg zeigen. 

Zusätzlich zu meiner Regietätigkeit schreibe ich eigene Texte und Libretti und arbeite immer wieder auch als Dramaturgin. Ich habe sowohl bei verschiedenen Filmprojekten, als auch an diversen Theater- und Opernhäusern wie z.B. dem Deutschen Schauspielhaus Hamburg, dem Thalia Theater, dem Opernhaus Zürich, dem Theater Lübeck oder dem Theater Chemnitz hospitiert und assistiert, u.a. bei Katie Mitchell, Lucia Bihler, Dmitri Tcherniakov, Monique Wagemakers und Ewelina Marciniak.
